Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

For orders made on www.skinbydrsharad.nz, we use NZ Post’s Standing Shipping with the following estimated shipping times:
North Island: $9.95 (4 business days)
South Island: $14.95 (7 business days)
Australia: $19.95 (10 business days)

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office.
Orders are processed when payment is accepted.
You can order our products on Subscribe & Save every 3, 4, 6, or 12 weeks.
For Australia and NZ orders, shipping will not be available during the period December 22nd to January 17th.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@skinbydrsharad.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We do not currently offer shipping to P.O Boxes.
